3. Billing and Payments
- All services are invoiced directly to the client.
- Payment must be made on or before the due date indicated on the invoice.
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
- C&F Solutions, Inc does not store or process credit card information directly.
Service Suspension:
Failure to pay by the due date will result in immediate suspension of services, without any grace period.
4. Automatic Renewal of Services
Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, and related services are subject to automatic renewal under the following conditions:
- Clients with more than one (1) year of active service with C&F Solutions, Inc agree to automatic renewal of their services.
- To cancel a renewal, the client must provide written notice at least forty-five (45) days prior to the renewal date.
- If no notice is received, the service will be automatically renewed and invoiced accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content strategy services
- Web design and development
- SEO services
- Hosting and maintenance services
6. Third-Party Services (Reseller Disclaimer)
C&F Solutions, Inc may act as a reseller or intermediary for third-party services, including:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
The client acknowledges that:
- These services depend on third-party infrastructure.
- C&F Solutions, Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.
- We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
C&F Solutions, Inc shall not be held liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Failures of third-party services
All services are provided “as is” and used at the client’s own risk.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in the following cases:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Illegal activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or abusive practices
9. Acceptable Use
Clients agree to:
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from sending unsolicited or abusive communications
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
10. Intellectual Property

- Work developed for clients becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
