1. Introduction

(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

C&F Solutions, Inc provides services including, but not limited to:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Hosting & Maintenance
These services may include consulting, implementation, ongoing management, and technical support depending on the client’s needs.
3. Billing and Payments
- All services are invoiced directly to the client.
- Payment must be made on or before the due date indicated on the invoice.
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
- C&F Solutions, Inc does not store or process credit card information directly.
Service Suspension:
Failure to pay by the due date will result in immediate suspension of services, without any grace period.
4. Automatic Renewal of Services
Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, and related services are subject to automatic renewal under the following conditions:
- Clients with more than one (1) year of active service with C&F Solutions, Inc agree to automatic renewal of their services.
- To cancel a renewal, the client must provide written notice at least forty-five (45) days prior to the renewal date.
- If no notice is received, the service will be automatically renewed and invoiced accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content strategy services
- Web design and development
- SEO services
- Hosting and maintenance services
6. Third-Party Services (Reseller Disclaimer)
C&F Solutions, Inc may act as a reseller or intermediary for third-party services, including:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
The client acknowledges that:
- These services depend on third-party infrastructure.
- C&F Solutions, Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.
- We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Client Access, Credentials and Third-Party Platforms
To provide certain services, C&F Solutions, Inc may require access to platforms, hosting accounts, domain management systems, email services, content management systems, analytics tools, cloud services, social media accounts, or other systems owned or managed by the Client.
Any access provided to C&F Solutions, Inc will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
For security purposes, C&F Solutions, Inc maintains a credential retention policy. Any stored credentials, access records, or related information associated with a project will be permanently removed from our systems after sixty (60) consecutive days of project inactivity or lack of communication from the Client.
Because digital projects often involve collaboration with third-party providers, contractors, consultants, hosting companies, software vendors, marketing agencies, or other individuals authorized by the Client, C&F Solutions, Inc cannot guarantee that such parties no longer retain access to the systems or accounts involved in the project after its completion, suspension, or cancellation.
For this reason, Clients are strongly encouraged to update passwords, user accounts, permissions, API keys, and any other access credentials once a project has been completed, suspended, or terminated.
C&F Solutions, Inc shall not be responsible for unauthorized access, account misuse, security incidents, or system changes resulting from credentials or access information that may have been retained by third parties outside of our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
C&F Solutions, Inc shall not be held liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Failures of third-party services
All services are provided “as is” and used at the client’s own risk.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in the following cases:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Illegal activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or abusive practices
10. Acceptable Use
Clients agree to:
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from sending unsolicited or abusive communications
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website is the property of C&F Solutions, Inc.
- Work developed for clients becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Marketing Communications
Users who subscribe to our mailing list agree to receive communications from C&F Solutions, Inc.
These communications:
- Are limited to our services, updates, project launches, and relevant company-related information
- Do not include third-party advertising
- Are not sponsored by external entities
Users may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us directly.

14. Governing Law
